This is a great opportunity not only to learn for yourself, but to also bring your passion for learning and development to life.

Business Unit: Fletcher Building Corporate

Task Manager: Jordyn McCosker

Complexity: Medium

Due Date: 1st August 2021

About The Task

Research shows there is a strong relationship between learning and wellbeing. Continuing to learn as an adult has many benefits, including higher levels of happiness, health and emotional wellbeing.

As part of our learning digest series, you will be required to deliver two learning digests on a soft skills topic of your choice!

This could be anything from emotional intelligence, to active listening to providing feedback. These digests are an opportunity for you to unleash your creativity while also uplifting the capability of your peers.

What do I need to do?

To complete this task, you’ll need to select two soft skills topics for a digest to be delivered in July and August.

We’d like you to research these topics and compile a list of resources (these could be e-learning from Cornerstone, links to videos or articles etc) and load them into a Cornerstone learning playlist.

We’d also like you to bring this learning to life and compile a comms with a bit of context around these topics, ready to be distributed to the P&P teams so they can forward to their businesses.
